A wealthy widow, pining for her late husband, seeks solace in a Hindu temple, only to discover her guru’s goal is far from guiding her spirit.

In the small city of Kirtipur, Nepal, in the foothills of the Himalayan mountains, Sadhu Maharishi, and his disciple, Mahesh Yogi reside in the Hindu Temple called Shri Kirti Gorkali. Sarah Greenglass, a wealthy widow, visits the Temple for three months every year, studying under the teachings of Sadhu and making major financial gifts to the Temple. Sarah hopes that, with Sadhu’s help, she will find her deceased husband in whatever form he has returned to this world. Sarah’s favorite Hindu God is Ganesha, a statue of whom sits in the Temple. She receives a new Mantra from Ganesha each year, but this year, Ganesha has a surprise in store for her. This is a fun play that everyone will love.
