Adam and Paul, partners in love and life, are now in their sixties and have moved into a retirement community in Florida. Together, they come to terms with old issues as they adapt to their new situation. Audiences fall in love with these two’s wit, relationship, and humanity.

What they say about the show:

    • This play is every long-term relationship, whenever big life decisions must be made… and it is beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. – D. DeVita
    • Sweet, tender, and charming, a play that rolls along on the strength of the two characters’ obvious affection for each other and the steady stream of revelations that fill out the themes of the piece. About a gay couple, but really just about any two lovers facing the highs and lows of growing older together. – T. Moran
    • A very human comedy about aging, change, and facing the future while weighing the past. The two men in the play–so different and hence so believable as a compatible couple–are by turns tender, irascible, honest, defensive, and ultimately forgiving. –R. Weibezahl

A Life Enriching Community was first performed at the New Theatre Miami 1-Acts Festival Winter Session in Florida, directed by Jerry Jensen.
