CASTING NOTICE: There are 18 roles in these ten shows. You can use as few as 2 women, 1 man, and 1 either to play all the characters in the shows. Or, you can cast 10 men, 20 women, and 10 either to play the roles. The shows work well with double casting, if you need it. See below for specific information.
The Quibbles Radio Shows is a collection of ten comedy sketches, reminiscent of radio shows of the ’40s and ’50’s, featuring a delightfully quarrelsome couple, Carol and Quentin Quibble, in the hilarious skirmishes of everyday life. Carol is a well-meaning helpmate, eager to improve herself and her husband. Quentin is mostly interested in golf. Their next door neighbor, Madge, is the town busybody. Sketches from The Quibbles Radio Shows are easy to perform with well-drawn characters. Can be fully mounted plays, used in classes, or included in variety shows. Such fun!
