Here are our Frequently Asked Questions. How do e-scripts & e-documents work? Once we receive your order, we process it, then we email your plays/materials to you. Currently, the e-scripts and e-documents like TipSheets cannot be downloaded automatically. A processing fee applies to e-scripts and e-documents, a minimum of $6. Let us know if you need the materials in a hurry. We’ll do everything possible to rush them to you. How do international orders work? We appreciate our many international customers. Thanks! PayPal cannot calculate international shipping costs because distance and weight of each package varies greatly. We have over 200 products, all weighing different amounts, traveling different distances. As a result, we assemble your order and then compute the processing and/or shipping fee. Then, we send you a PayPal "Request for Funds." The minimum processing fee for international orders is $6 US. You can also pay by credit card, check, or money order. When we receive payment, we send your materials promptly. If you’ve ordered hard copy materials, we use Global Priority Mail so it doesn’t take long for them to reach you.
