Susan Anton Jan 7 thru Mar 7, 2009 and May 13 thru May 17, 2009 First known as television’s “Muriel Cigar Girl,” this talented beauty soon gained stardom in film, Las Vegas showrooms and the Broadway-musical stage. She toured as star of The Great Radio City Music Hall Spectacular and has made countless TV appearances.
John Davidson Mar 10 thru May 9, 2009 This multi-talented performer’s film debut was in the Disney musical, The Happiest Millionaire. He starred in the original Broadway production of State Fair and hosted such hit TV shows as That’s Incredible! and the long-running Hollywood Squares.
The show features lavish, Broadway-caliber production numbers and plays five days a week from late October through May 17. In 1997, it was the subject of an Oscar-nominated short documentary entitled Still Kicking: The Fabulous Palm Springs Follies. The show is housed in downtown Palm Springs' historic Plaza Theatre which is a charming, neon-encrusted, storybook old movie house, an attraction itself.
